Everything you need to know before and after you order — start with our return & cancellation policy, then review the full terms and conditions of use.

At Diaza Sportswear we want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.

Before Your Order Ships

Order Modifications6-hour window

Need to change something? You have 6 hours from the time you place your order to request any modification — size, color, quantity, or design.

Contact us right away at customerservice@diaza.com or call (866) 850-3603 with your order number and the change you need. We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already moved to production or fulfillment.

After 6 hours, your order is processed as-is and no modifications can be made.
Order Cancellations2 business days

You may request a cancellation within 2 business days of placing your order. Cancellations are not automatic — they require approval from our team.

If approved, a 10% cancellation processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment and administrative costs.

  • Cancellation window: 2 business days from order date
  • Requires Diaza approval
  • 10% cancellation processing fee applies to all approved cancellations
  • Requests after 2 business days will not be accepted
Customized orders: once a proof is approved and production begins, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

What we accept & eligibility7 days

We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. Returns are accepted for the following reasons only:

  • Manufacturing or factory defect
  • Item arrived damaged or incorrect (Diaza’s error)
  • Size exchange — if you ordered the wrong size (fees apply, see below)

Conditions — All Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be pre-authorized by our team before shipping it back
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, refunded, or reshipped.
How to start a return

Email customerservice@diaza.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on where and how to send the item.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Diaza does not provide prepaid return labels.
Size Exchanges10% restocking

If you need a different size due to your own sizing error, an exchange can be requested within the 7-day return window. Please note the following fees and conditions:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to each exchange
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • You are responsible for shipping costs on the new item

Exchange Limit Per Order

Diaza Sportswear allows a maximum of 2 exchanges per order. Once 2 exchanges have been processed on a single order, no further exchanges will be accepted regardless of reason. Each exchange is subject to the 10% restocking fee and all applicable shipping costs.

Size exchanges are NOT available on customized orders or international orders.

What Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customized OrdersFinal sale

Any item personalized with names, numbers, logos, custom colors, or team designs is a final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered.

For custom and team orders, you will receive a digital proof for approval before production begins. By approving the proof, you accept full responsibility for all details — spelling, sizing, colors, and layout. Diaza is not liable for errors in customer-submitted information.

The only exceptions are:

  • A confirmed factory defect
  • Diaza shipped something different from the approved proof
If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Clearance & Final Sale Items

All clearance and final sale items are sold as-is. No returns, refunds, or exchanges — no exceptions.

The only exception is if Diaza shipped the wrong item or there is a confirmed factory defect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Hatrick boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
International OrdersFinal sale

All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or size exchanges on international orders.

If you received a defective or incorrect item on an international order, email customerservice@diaza.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Other Non-Returnable Items
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards
  • Items reported after the 7-day return window

Refund Process

How refunds are issued5–15 business days

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund was approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees (restocking or cancellation processing fee).

Please allow 5–15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or alternative methods.

Agreement & Use of the Site

1. Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement (“Agreement”) with respect to our site (the “Site”). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

2. Copyright

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

3. Fraud

By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Diaza in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, Diaza reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

4. Limited Right to Use

The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sub-license, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

5. Editing, Deleting and Modification

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the Site.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

7. Nontransferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

8. Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, PROBLEMS OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICE. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.

10. Use of Information

We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

We allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites (“Merchants”) from which you may purchase or otherwise obtain certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF SUCH MERCHANTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.

12. Third-Party Merchant Policies

All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.

13. Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

14. Securities Laws

This Site may include statements concerning our operations, prospects, strategies, financial condition, future economic performance and demand for our products or services, as well as our intentions, plans and objectives that are forward-looking statements. These statements are based upon a number of assumptions and estimates which are subject to significant uncertainties, many of which are beyond our control. When used on our Site, words like “anticipates,” “expects,” “believes,” “estimates,” “seeks,” “plans,” “intends” and similar expressions are intended to identify forward-looking statements designed to fall within securities law safe harbors. The Site and the information contained herein do not constitute an offer or a solicitation of an offer for sale of any securities.

The Site contains links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such Web sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked Web site on our Site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Web site by us. If you decide to leave our Site and access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

16. Submissions

All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts and other information you may from time to time send to us (collectively, “Submissions”) shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.

17. Venue; Applicable Law

YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION. This site is created and controlled by Diaza in the State of Florida, USA. As such, the laws of Florida will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

18. Lapsed Accounts

In order to keep Diaza membership roster current, if a Member does not access his or her account for a period of 150 days or more, Diaza may, in its sole discretion, terminate such Member’s account. Diaza will endeavor to notify a Member of intent to terminate the account by notice to the Member’s provided email address at least 15 days prior to deactivation. If the Member fails to respond within 15 days after the day it is sent, the account will be terminated as noted above. Each Member agrees that failure to access his or her account for 150 days or more conclusively indicates that the account has been abandoned and that it may therefore be terminated.

19. Verify Members’ Address

Diaza reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member’s correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from Diaza.

Order, Shipping & Custom Order Notes

Return, exchange or cancel an order policy

Returns are allowed within 14 days after receiving the product. Changes must also be accepted within 14 days; after this time, no exchanges or returns are provided.

  • If the product arrives broken or damaged, you must report it within 3 days to qualify for refund, exchange or return.
  • If you did not report within 3 days after receiving the product, no changes can be managed.
  • There are no guarantees.
  • If you make a return or exchange, you are responsible for paying the return shipping.
  • If you make a return, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • If the product will be refunded, there will be a 15% restocking fee on the value of the product.
  • If the product was sent by free shipping, there will be a refund less 20% of the value of the product.
Before you place your order

Please have this in mind before placing your order. Colors are very tricky, and they vary between different fabrics and materials. Our mockups represent what your final design will look like; however, it is essential to understand that it is a digital representation. The design and colors could come out with a minimal difference.

The product is not returnable due to fit; please choose size carefully. If you are not sure about our sizes, we recommend asking or checking our size chart before placing an order.

Cancel or change your custom order

After you place an order, you will have 2–3 days to make design changes. After the order confirmation and the first payment are submitted, changes or refunds won’t be available. Once a custom order is submitted, it cannot be canceled after the first payment.

Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, your sales representative will send you an email with the tracking number.

Shipping

Stock Regular Apparel & Customize Team Shop

Regular Apparel and Team Shop Apparel that we have in stock will be shipped the same day as the purchase date. If it is purchased during the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day.

Note: Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods.

Customize Team Gear

We send notifications during the process of your order. The sales representative will be in constant communication. Diaza is continuously improving and will always try to provide the best product possible and fulfill its expectations. An inspection team will ensure everything goes as planned with the order; however, we encourage all customers to inspect their merchandise upon receipt. Please make sure if there is any claim, do it within the next ten days. Orders made throughout the website meaning stock apparel that do not satisfy the client — for any reason — you can start the return process and expect a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please be advised that our primary goal is to personalize and provide unique uniforms for each organization; based on this information, the customized items are not returnable.

  • Pedidos personalizados. Después de realizar un pedido, tendrá de 2 a 3 días para realizar cambios de diseño. Después de que se envíe la confirmación del pedido y el primer pago, los cambios o reembolsos no estarán disponibles. Los artículos personalizados no se pueden devolver.
  • Envío. La ropa regular y la ropa de la tienda de equipo que tenemos en stock se enviarán el mismo día de la fecha de compra. Si se compra durante el fin de semana, se enviará el siguiente día hábil. Los tiempos de envío pueden variar durante los períodos de pedidos de gran volumen.
